We Should End Daylight Saving Time
Some people refer to daylight saving time as daylight savings time or summer time. In daylight saving time, we have more evening hours and less morning hours since a clock is advanced by an hour. The adjusting of the clock ahead and back is done in spring and autumn respectively. The DST has an effect of cutting the number of sleeping hours during spring and adding an extra of sleeping in autumn. George Hudson invented the daylight saving mode in order to save energy use in 1895. Of late, some people and organizations are proposing the abolition of the DST. The following are the major reasons why I support the end of the daylight saving time.
Daylight saving time should be abolished since it has led to more road accidents. Daylight saving time deprives us one hour of sleep and this has led to more road accidents. Austin C did his own research and discovered that DST causes more road accidents. In spring, more people die because of road accidents. The best way to reduce road deaths is by supporting the petition to end daylight savings.
Daylight saving time causes heart attacks. Research shows that sudden changes in time and sleep patterns can lead to heart attack. Heart attacks happen after sudden blocking of the heart blood vessels. Research shows that the risk of having a heart attack after losing an hour of sleep is very high. The End Daylight Saving Time petition should be approved.
Daylight saving time has been proved to increase the energy costs rather than reducing the costs. The reason why DST was proposed was to save on energy usage. Since we no longer have an energy crisis, DST should be abolished.
Daylight savings time has been proven to increase energy bills rather than to reduce them. The daylight saving time will enable one to save on the lighting cost since the bulbs will be off for more hours but the heating and air conditioning costs are hiked. More air conditioning energy is used during the extra hour we get in the evening hence I fully support the abolishing of the daylight saving time.

Research shows that daylight savings cause signs similar to those of jetlag. After adjusting the clock forward by an hour, the clock in your body will not be in sync with the clock and this may lead to a headache and fatigue among others.
Finally, these reasons are enough to abolish daylight saving time.
